REGISTRATION
To register for Saint-Girons V and to submit an abstract for a presentation or poster please go to the conference management page. Registration will be definitive only after reception of the payment.
- Authors can submit a maximum of 2 contributions/abstracts (1 oral presentation and 1 poster) per registration fee.
- For the submission of abstracts, we request that authors use the conference template. The total length of the submission must not exceed 4 pages, including figures and references, and must be in PDF format.
- Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and notifications of acceptance will be sent to authors by the end of April.
- Accepted contributions will be presented as oral communications or posters. Posters must be formatted in size A0, portrait orientation.
Thanks to the conference sponsors, students can apply for full support for registration, gala dinner, and accommodation. Students need to submit a short but reasonably detailed letter of motivation and will be notified whether their application is accepted around the middle of April. We anticipate that support will be available for many students. For students without support, the registration fees are as indicated below.
DEADLINE: The deadline for submission of abstracts and request for financial support (students) is 31st March 2026.

a The registration fee covers the attendance to all scientific sessions, the welcome reception on Monday, 29th June, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, and lunches from Tuesday to Friday.

Conditions for cancellation
- Cancellations must be made by writing to saintgironsconf2026@toulouse-inp.fr. The registration for participation is binding.
- For any cancellation received before 15th May 2026, the registration amount will be reimbursed less 50 € for handling fees. No reimbursement will be made for cancellations received after 15th May 2026.
- Registrations made via bon de commande are subject to the above conditions.
- Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
- Note that the conference program may be subject to changes.
