Conditions for cancellation- Cancellations must be made by writing to saintgironsconf2026@toulouse-inp.fr. The registration for participation is binding.
- For any cancellation received before 15th May 2026, the registration amount will be reimbursed less 50 € for handling fees. No reimbursement will be made for cancellations received after 15th May 2026.
- Registrations made via bon de commande are subject to the above conditions.
- Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
