Monday, June 29 – Welcome Reception

Time: 8:00 PM
We are pleased to welcome all conference participants to a friendly welcome reception at the Le Carré de l’Ange, Palais des Évêques, 09190 Saint-Lizier. Registration is required. If you need to confirm your participation, please use the Edit My Registration option in the conference management system.

Tuesday, June 30 – Welcome Aperitif Offered by the City of Saint-Girons

Time: 7:00 PM
The City of Saint-Girons is pleased to invite conference participants to a complimentary aperitif at the CFPPA Ariège-Comminges, Rue Trinqué, 09200 Saint-Girons. No registration is required.

Wednesday, July 1 – Free Afternoon / Guided City Tour

Time: 2:30 PM
Departure point: Skate Park, 6 Ave. Aristide Bergès, 09200 Saint-Girons
Duration: Approximately 1.5 to 2 hours
A free guided walking tour of Saint-Girons is organized by the City of Saint-Girons. The tour is free of charge and offers a great opportunity to discover the history and heritage of Saint-Girons. To help the organizers with the logistics and a better experience to all, please indicate you would like to join the tour in the participant remarks section in the conference management system.

Wednesday, July 1 – Aperitif and Gala Dinner

Time: 8:00 PM
The conference Gala Dinner will be preceded by an aperitif reception offered by the City of Saint-Lizier at the Musée du Palais des Évêques. Registration is required. If you need to confirm your participation, please use the Edit My Registration option in the conference management system.

Thursday Evening – Sponsor Buffet & Concert

Time: 7:30 PM
Join us for a sponsor buffet hosted at the CFPPA Ariège-Comminges, Rue Trinqué, 09200 Saint-Girons.
Time: 9:00 PM
Conference participants are invited to attend an evening concert at the Max Linder Hall, Rue Gabriel Fauré, 09200 Saint-Girons.

The following restaurants are located within walking distance of the conference venues. Please note that restaurants in Saint-Girons may stop serving food after 9:00 PM. We strongly recommend conference participants make a reservation or plan to arrive before 9:00 PM.
